The Sea Island Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association held a fundraiser last Thursday evening at the Hibernian Hall in downtown Charleston.  If you did not get there, you missed  a great time and a very worthwile opportunity to support our natural resources. The food was fantastic- Pork Barbeque, seared tuna, fried shrimp and frog legs were my favorites along with all of the acompanying fixins, adult beverages  and the chance to meet and mingle with some of the most dedicated sportsmen in our local area. There were some great buys to be had at auction too.  I got this nice print of a Sailfish and there were many other really nice artworks, fishing charters, catered dinners, fishing tackle and much more that were raffled and auctioned.  Hope that we will see you at the next one!
